I had just driven nearly seven hours in the dead of the winter to rural Wisconsin where I would attend a retreat for the next three days. While there were a few things I didn’t know — where I was going, what we would be doing, or who else would be attending — there was one thing I knew for sure. I dropped off my bags in a single dorm room and I made my way into the main meeting room. As I walked in I immediately felt the hospitality; the lighting was perfect, the music playing in the background set the tone, the snacks were well selected and neatly organized, our hosts were smiling, and while I was in a room full of strangers I oddly felt at home. This is what true hospitality does; it creates a home away from home. I walked into that room on that night knowing just one thing; “this is exactly where I need to be.”
That retreat was six years ago but it still has an impact on me. I have spent the last nine months designing tools and processes that will allow people to experience hospitality while meeting online. My Wisconsin retreat experience amplified my belief that transformation can take place when people come together to do inner personal work in the context of a small community and I am excited to share this opportunity with you.
The Inward Experience Virtual Winter Retreat on February 27th will be an interactive experience of realigning your inner and outer life. If you are seeking a way to reconnect with yourself, remember who you are, and reimagine your work in the world then I invite you to participate in this online experience. This event is ideal for anyone including leaders, educators, business owners, coaches, and parents who are looking to invest in themselves in 2021. When we create time for ourselves we are able to be of better service to others.
Is there a voice in your head saying, “this is exactly what I need?” If so, The Inward Experience Virtual Winter Retreat hosted by Molly Grisham, is for you.

Quotes from previous Inward Experience Participants:
"The Inward Experience with Molly Grisham is deep and powerful. It validates. It enlightens. It connects." Tim Morenz, Director of Counseling Services, Blackburn College
"This was just what I needed during a time when all of my focus has been on my student-athletes and their needs. Working with a cohort of people who were familiar with my work and stressors made it easy to be honest about my concerns and needs. Even though they were people I just met, they returned the honesty and made The Inward Experience one that felt safe. Hearing & seeing what others heard when I expressed my needs really helped to clarify my next steps." Anne M. College Lacrosse Coach
"The Inward Experience allowed me to dive into purposeful reflection. Our small group setting allowed everyone to be heard and valued. 10/10 recommend!"
"What a pleasant, enriching, and impactful way to spend my morning which is often spent in isolation due to the pandemic. I got way more out of the short experience than I thought I would!"
