Overview:

Are you hoping to lead your team through more effective team building sessions? This session builds on Team Building Best Practices Part #1 and I will share my process of selecting activities, establishing rules and roles, learning when to step in, how to debrief an activity, and insights on where to find quality activities. Participants will also receive a coupon code for some of my favorite activities! Much like Part #1, this session will be interactive and you will walk away with tools and processes you can immediately implement.
