LEAD READY

Become a Human-Centered Leader Who Inspires, Empowers, and Transforms.

An online cohort where we make it almost impossible not to excel as a leader!

Your leadership is important, but it’s become so taxing that you’re…

  • You’re drowning in challenges you once eagerly embraced.

  • Your leadership decisions have made you ‘public enemy #1.’

  • You’re convinced you’re not cut out for this.

  • You feel isolated, with former allies now circling like sharks.

Don’t worry, there’s real help!

How it works:

There are two ways to join a LEAD READY Cohort:

The first is to host a cohort for your team or organization. Instead of each person paying individually, you pay a flat fee to include everyone. Cohorts typically have around 12 people. This is a great way to develop leaders across your organization! LEAD READY is not your typical professional development.

The second is to join a cohort that I host. You would sign up as an individual and be in a cohort with other people who are interested in leadership development. I do not offer individual cohorts very often.

Here’s What You’ll Get:

  • Instant access to all materials upon sign-up.

  • 12 Videos, a professionally designed workbook, and four hours of LIVE Zoom content with your cohort!

  • Coaching, training, and a plan you can apply.

  • A cohort of leaders who will be with you on your journey! We all need a community of support!

We will cover the following topics:

#1 LEADERSHIP IS INFLUENCE: When we boil it all down, leadership is influence. It is possible to leverage your influence even when you don't have power.

#2 LEADERS ARE ROOTED IN GROWTH: As leaders, we need to recognize that before we can produce fruit, we must establish our roots. Our roots are what will sustain us and hold us up during difficult times.

#3 BE THERE FIRST FOLLOWER: It is a gift to have first followers, and it is a gift to be a first follower. Human-centered leaders embrace the opportunity to be someone’s first follower.

#4 LEADERSHIP IS A CHAIN REACTION: When you address one part, problem, or person on your team, you have the potential to impact the entire team in positive ways.

#5 THE COURAGE TO LEAD CHANGE: Human-centered leaders are willing to lean into the courage they need to lead themselves and their people through change.

#6 LEADERSHIP IS SITUATIONAL: Leadership is situational; in other words, every moment is asking for something different from us, and the human-centered leaders are willing to adjust to the needs of their team.

#7 LEADING THROUGH CHALLENGES: You don’t have to have all the answers; sometimes, you just need a good question, and challenging situations bring this to light for leaders.

#8 LEADING HARD CONVERSATIONS: Be the kind of leader who will engage in hard conversations because you know that transformation is on the other side of truth.

#9 ACCOUNTABILITY IN LEADERSHIP: Human-centered leaders understand that accountability begins with leadership. We must model accountability by going inward and considering our role before we look to others.

#10 LIMITING BELIEFS IN LEADERSHIP: Leaders must value the safety of their people so much that they are willing to set down the beliefs that are no longer serving them.

#11 A LEADER WORTH FOLLOWING: Are you a leader worth following? This is a question every healthy leader must wrestle with!

#12 LEADERS USE THEIR INFLUENCE FOR GOOD: And in closing, what kind of leader do you want to be?

Meet Your Host:

After a long career in Higher Education, Molly Grisham left that industry to start her own business. She now works as a Keynote Speaker and Experiential Facilitator. She helps groups with issues like team building, leadership development, and conflict resolution. With nearly two decades of experience as a College Soccer Coach and Communication Professor, Molly approaches her work as an educator. She meets people where they are and helps them move to where they want to be.

Molly holds degrees in Communication from Belmont University, the University of Illinois, and Missouri State University.

Molly is down-to-earth and compels her audience to participate in the learning process. She engages groups from the moment she steps in front of them and leaves them with tools and processes to use long after an event has ended.

When not facilitating, Molly can be found at her favorite used bookstore and at various international restaurants in St. Louis.

I want you to know that:
