"The Reset Retreat"

Reflect. Restore. Renew.

June 12 & 13, 2025
Nashville, TN

For individuals who are passionate about personal and professional growth.

The Reset Retreat is for people who rarely take time for themselves. In fact, you may believe it’s selfish—when, in reality, it’s self-preservation. You can't pour from an empty cup, and this retreat gives you the space to reflect, restore, and renew by reconnecting with what's important.

It’s a chance to step back from the daily grind and give yourself permission to prioritize your well-being. Here, you'll find a community of people who understand the need for support and connection—people who, just like you, are looking for a reset.

Good things happen when you make yourself a priority!

Our Retreat Space:

Can you picture yourself learning and growing in this space? I hope so!

What To Expect:

When was the last time you took two days to invest in yourself? The Reset Retreat was created for YOU! Two days, just for you.

The Reset Retreat will be limited to no more than 20 people, and I will personally approve each applicant. It is important to me that we have good group dynamics.

Our time may include conversations as a large group, discussions in small break-out groups, written self-reflection exercises, videos, and creative activities to help you think about and unpack some important life questions. I say it “may include” because I will be prepared to adjust to the needs of the group.

Additionally, you won’t be required to share anything you don’t want to share or to participate in something that doesn’t feel right to you. I believe that being present is a form of participation, and you will be free to decide what is good for you during our time together.

If the 2025 group is anything like the 2024 group, then you should expect to meet others with a growth mindset, find common ground in your stories, be heard, enjoy conversations over meals, and have lots and lots of laughter!

The Reset Retreat is about doing inner personal work in the context of a community, and my experience has been that it has the potential to lead to pure transformation.

Meet Your Host:

After a long career in Higher Education, Molly Grisham left that industry to start her own business. She now works as a Keynote Speaker and Experiential Facilitator. She helps groups with issues like team building, leadership development, and conflict resolution. With nearly two decades of experience as a College Soccer Coach and Communication Professor, Molly approaches her work as an educator. She meets people where they are and helps them move to where they want to be.

Molly holds degrees in Communication from Belmont University, the University of Illinois, and Missouri State University.

Molly is down-to-earth and compels her audience to participate in the learning process. She engages groups from the moment she steps in front of them and leaves them with tools and processes to use long after an event has ended.

When not facilitating, Molly can be found at her favorite used bookstore and at various international restaurants in St. Louis.

Testimonials from Previous Attendees:

“The Reset Retreat came at a time when I was overtired from work, life, and everything in between. As a people person, I tend to put others before myself, which often leaves me feeling drained. The retreat provided me time to focus solely on me, myself, and I. Molly’s genuine care and attention makes each participant feel valued and reminded of their worth.”

“The people Molly chose to participate in the retreat were a big part of what made the Reset Retreat so meaningful to me. The first emotion I felt with our group was trust; this was crucial to getting down to business without worrying about being judged for showing my soft underbelly. Luckily for me, my partner also attended the retreat. We got to see each other at a different and deeper level, and that has been amazing for us.”

“I found the watercolor painting and the letter-writing exercise to be the most rewarding. Receiving that letter in the mail when I started a new job was very impactful—it brought me back to the emotions I experienced during the Retreat. Reflecting on those feelings helped me realign with what truly matters most, leaving me with a fresh perspective and a renewed sense of purpose.”
